Terms of Service

For a flat monthly fee, we design, build, host, and maintain a business website for you, and provide social ad graphics for Facebook and Instagram. The specific deliverables are described on our home page and may be updated from time to time.

The standard price is $99/mo, billed monthly in advance, unless a different rate is agreed in writing (for example, a founding member rate). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable grace period, we may pause or suspend the Service.

Pricing for new customers may change at any time. Existing customers on a locked-in rate keep that rate as long as their account remains in good standing and continuously active.

You may cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. On cancellation, we will take your site offline unless you request an export or a hand-off to another provider.

You own your domain name and the content you provide (business info, photos, copy, logos). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as part of delivering the Service. If we register a domain on your behalf, we'll transfer it to you on request when your account is in good standing.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you give us, including images and trademarks.

The website design, code, and templates we create remain our intellectual property, but you receive a perpetual license to use the specific site we build for you as long as your account is active. On request at cancellation, we can provide a static export of your site's public content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Publish content that harasses or endangers others.

We may suspend or terminate the Service for material violations.

Your site may integrate with third-party tools such as booking software, review platforms, or analytics. Those tools are governed by their own terms and are not our responsibility.

We work hard to keep your site fast, secure, and online, but the Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific business result.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let existing customers know by email. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
